Laura Flannigan

Laura Flannigan joined St. Anthony Foundation in 2023 as the Director of Clinical Services overseeing the Medical Clinic, Addiction Services, and Companionship programs and represents the foundation on the Board of the San Francisco Community Clinic Consortium. In May 2024, Laura was appointed Chief Operating Officer. 

Laura has 20 years of clinical operations experience, last serving as Vice President of Operations in California for Avalon Healthcare. Laura has a background in business, starting her career with Deloitte, and a passion for quality. She is committed to service integration, quality outcomes, and expanding access for vulnerable populations. Laura is strongly motivated by St. Anthony’s team and its mission to serve. 

In her spare time, Laura enjoys spending time with her family, attending sporting events, and cooking. Her favorite Franciscan quote:
