One of the many things I value about St. Anthony’s is our dedication to personalism. Celebrating someone for simply being is essential. I cherish the relationships in my life, including those I work with. I help our team members develop their skills, and I always bring personalism to that experience. How can it be simple? Where can we be flexible? Daily I experience joy and gratitude in helping to develop our staff so that they can reach their goals and carry out our mission.
