A rich Indian curry with chicken, tomatoes, yogurt and spices served over rice.
Wednesday, May 16 – Pork Sugo
White beans and mushrooms topped with bread crumbs and cheese and baked.
Thursday, May 17 – Turkey Pot Pie
Turkey and vegetables in a rich gravy topped with flaky pastry and baked.
Friday, May 18 – Macaroni and Cheese
A mix of cheese making a rich creamy sauce served over macaroni.

Sunday, May 20 – Curried Lentils
Lentils served with potatoes and vegetables served with pickled beats and raita.
