Seasoned ground beef simmered with tomato and onions, topped with mashed potatoes and baked.

Chjicken, mushrooms and cheese served with pasta.
Saturday, May 15 – Beef Bourguignon
Diced beef simmered with vegetables in a red wine sauce. (No Alcohol)
