With brown rice
Thursday, December 9th – Tamale Pie
Seasoned ground beef covered with polenta and cheese and then baked
Friday, December 10th – Asian Chicken & Noodle Salad
Tangy, sweet, spicy dressing
Saturday, December 11th – Chicago Firehouse Chili
Seasoned ground beef and pinto bean chili topped with shredded cheese
Sunday, December 12th – Turkey Cassoulet
A blend of beans simmered with turkey and herbs
Served over rice
