Wednesday, December 15th – Curried Chickpeas
Chickpeas and vegetables simmered with Middle Eastern spices

Thursday, December 16th – Turkey Cobbler
Turkey, carrots and peas in a rich gravy baked with a biscuit topping

Friday, December 17th – Chicken Cacciatore
Chunks of chicken cooked in a classical sauce of tomatoes and vegetables

Saturday, December 18th – Macaroni & Cheese

Sunday, December 19th – Caribbean Pepperpot Stew
Chicken, beef and ham stewed with vegetables and Island spices
