On The Menu
The chefs at St. Anthony’s focus on using donated food to prepare meals that will satisfy the taste buds of our diverse demographics. Hunger and poverty in America is made up of all types of people, from different places, and from different cultures. This weeks menu includes Asian inspired dishes like sesame soy pork, as well as, the French inspired Coq Au Vin. Saturday’s meal is set to be our own Yankee (American) version of soul satisfying pot roast, served with potatoes and green beans.
Mar 1 Baked Angel Hair Pasta w/Italian Sausage: Sauteed vegetables
Mar 2 Baked Chicken Breast: Black eyed peas and rice
Mar 3 Coq Au Vin: Chicken cooked in red wine with mushrooms and carrots
Mar 4 Sesame Soy Glazed Pork: With mixed vegetables and rice
Mar 5 Chili Beans with Ground Beef: Topped with cheese
Mar 6 Red Beans and Rice: With a side of greens
Mar 7 Yankee Pot Roast: Potatoes and green beans
