On The Menu

According to a recent survey of St. Anthony’s Dining Room the typical guest eats less than two meals a day, lack cooking facilities, and lives alone. Taking into account the aforementioned characteristics, the experience in our dining room becomes that much more important, as many of our guests have said St. Anthony is ‘not just a place to eat.’ At St. Anthony we strive to treat our guests with the dignity and respect, something they don’t always experience.

The menu this week offers just about every kind of meat on the market, including: chicken, ham, beef, pork, and sausage.  Monday’s sweet and sour chicken, a Chinese American dish has delicious Spring flavors. Prepared with pineapple, the juice is used to tenderize the meat, and yummy bell peppers, with just the right amount of heat!

April 15 Turkey & Vegetable Curry: with lentils and rice

April 16 Shanghai Noodles & Pork: with fresh vegetables

April 18 Beef Chili w/Beans: served with rice and veggies

April 19 Sausage & Chickpeas: flavored with North African Spices
