Day 18: Serving Trays For Days
Today we caught up Matt Suehiro, a volunteer from San Bruno, to ask him some pressing questions about the meal service at St. Anthony’s.
Carmen: How long have you been volunteering at St. Anthony’s?
Matt: About 82 hours.
Carmen: Okay, so long enough to have had some experience with our menu. What do you think of the food?
Matt: I would call it 5 star quality and service.
Carmen: Wow! Okay, great. So, if you were heading to a desert island for 60 days and could only choose one of St. Anthony’s meals to eat everyday, which one would it be?
Matt: I think I would choose today’s meal.
Carmen: What are you serving today?
Matt: Pork & Beans!
