Lili Polastri

Lili Polastri has worked for Blue Beyond Consulting since 2013, a woman-owned Bay Area management consulting firm with a focus on the people side of business. Prior to this, she worked in non-profit media as a web producer at Link TV. She has a BA in TV Production from Emerson College in Boston, and an MA in Comparative Journalism from Swansea University in Wales, UK. In 2005, she served in the Peace Corps in the Republic of Kiribati as a health and community development volunteer.

Lili was in elementary school when she first served in the St. Anthony’s dining room with her mother and has had a strong belief in the organization’s mission ever since. Lili lived in San Francisco for 11 years before recently relocating to San Jose with her husband and their two dogs, Poppy and Zephyr.
