*Some of the positions listed on the St. Anthony’s Job Board are part of our new Transitional Employment Program. These job postings include “TE” in the title. Job Postings with “TE” in the title are part of our transitional employment program. They are uniquely structured to provide temporary employment and paid on-the-job training for a period of 6-8 months, based on the recommendation of the hiring manager.
At the end of the transitional period, employees will have the opportunity to either apply for regular “core” employment at St. Anthony’s or gain assistance in finding a job with one of our partner organizations. What happens after I complete the interest form? We will review your information and contact you for a brief phone interview. During this call, we will learn more about your skills, work history, and any barriers to employment you may have experienced in the past.
