Monday, February 7th – Turkey Cassoulet
A blend of beans simmered with turkey and herbs. Served over rice
Tuesday, February 8th – Pork & Green Chili Stew
A spicy stew of simmered pork and green chilies. Served over rice
Wednesday, February 9th – Smoked Ham And Barley
Chicken cooked with apricot, cilantro and paprika. Served with rice.
Thursday, February 10th – Chef’s choice
St. Anthony’s Dining Room turns Iron Chef as we churn out dishes made from seasonal ingredients.
Friday, February 11th – Posole with Bacon
Posole, bacon, and garlic cooked to perfection
Saturday, February 12th – Pasta Bolognese
Pasta topped with a ground beef and tomato sauce. Sprinkled with Parmesan cheese.
Sunday, February 13th – Biscuits, Sausage and Country Gravy
Biscuits served with sausage and a rich gravy
