Tuesday, October 5th – Thai Curry with Pork
Slow cooked in coconut milk.
Wednesday, October 6th – Fritatta
Potato, cheese, and turkey ‘ham’ baked in eggs.
Thursday, October 7th – Vegetarian Lentils
Served with rice vegetables and feta cheese.
Friday, October 8h – Chef’s Choice
St. Anthony’s Dining Room turns Iron Chef as we churn out dishes made from seasonal ingredients
Saturday, October 9th – Pasta Fagioli
Classic Italian dish of bacon, beans, and vegetables.
Sunday, October 10th – Tuscan Bean Stew
