Holiday Cheer Filled St. Anthony’s Dining Room on Christmas Day

At St. Anthony’s Dining Room, we serve our guests with grateful hearts every day. And, gratitude was on full display on Christmas Day.

For the day’s holiday meal, Executive Chef Annria and her outstanding team prepared more than 2,100 pounds of chicken leg quarters, 160 pounds of rice, 400 pounds of mixed vegetables, and 470 pounds of brownies – all made with lots of love. A huge round of applause for their hard work and the days of planning and preparation leading up to serving 1,500 meals on Christmas.

Also, big kudos to the Jaclyn Epter, Adrian Ibarra, and the Volunteer Services team for training and organizing 60 volunteers. Hats off to Andre Woods and the entire Community Safety Services team, and to Darren McGee, Christopher Pellouchoud, and the Guest Services staff for their thoughtfulness and attention-to-detail to ensure a joyful, festive celebration for our guests.
