Tuesday, May 4 – Pasta Marinara
A tangy tomato sauce served over pasta and topped with cheese.

Wednesday, May 5 – Chicken and Black Bean Tostada
Turkey and black beans piled on high with rice and cheese on a tortilla.

Thursday, May 6 – Meatloaf
Seasoned ground beef baked in a loaf. Served with mashed potatoes.

Friday, May 7 – Pork Chili Colorado
Pork simmered with tomatoes, mild chilies and spices.

Saturday, May 8 – Thai Peanut Chicken
A tangy Thai treat of chicken simmered with peanuts and coconut.

Sunday, May 9 – Baked Chicken
Served with mashed potatoes and mushroom gravy.
