St. Anthony’s 2022 Employee Benefits
Paid Vacation, Holidays and Sick Leave:
- Regular full-time employees accrue 120 hours (three weeks) vacation their first 3 years. This increases to four weeks by their fifth year. Accruals are prorated for employees working less than 40 hours a week.
- Regular full-time employees accrue 8 hours sick leave per month (prorated for employees working less than 40 hours a week).
- 10 regular holidays per year as well as 2 personal holidays per year that are earned on the first of the year. Holiday hours are prorated for employees working less than 40 hours a week
Medical Coverage:
- All regular employees working 20 hours or more a week are eligible.
- We offer a choice of either a Kaiser HMO plan or a Sutter Health Plus HMO Deductible Plan with an employee contribution of 6% to 8% for medical coverage.
- Dependent medical coverage is a shared expense: employee pays 55% of medical premium; SAF contributes 45%.
- Medical coverage is effective the first of the month after the date of hire, or effective immediately for employees hired on the first of the month.
Vision Coverage:
- Vision Plan with VSP included with medical plans for all employees.
Dental Coverage:
- Regular Employees working 20 hours or more a week are eligible
- Coverage is offered through Guardian Dental.
- St. Anthony’s pays for 100% of employee coverage. Employee pays 100% of all dependent coverage.
- Dental coverage is effective the first of the month after the date of hire, or effective immediately for employees hired on the first of the month.
